The school

Louise Jenkins lived in a small town in England. It has 3 stores, a bank and a tiny coffee shop. A short bus journey away was a large high school. However it was extremely old and thought to be ‘haunted’. Despite the size of it, only around 100 students was there. Louise hated school yet her parents forced her to go get there, she knew about the rumour of the haunted school but didn’t believe it in the slightest. One day the bus broke down so she had to walk. She was extremely late but didn’t really care. Her first lesson was science but as she only had around 15 minutes left of it she decided to skip it. All the walking she had done made her feel incredibly hungry so she sat down on a bench and made sure no teachers could she her. As she bit into her oat bar small sobs alarmed her. “What on earth ?” She sighed”. Feeling curious she crept down a corridor and let her ears guide her. A small boy around 12 or so was weeping huddled in the corner. She questioned him.
“Are you ok, shall I get someone ?”
He continued crying. She nudged him.
“Look I can help but you need to speak”
“I saw her” The boy stuttered.
“Who did you see ?”
“Olive…Olive Jacksburth” he cried.
“And ?”
“Don’t you know her, she’s the ghost who hunts the school” he said.
“Oh, don’t be so silly. Ghosts aren’t real” she smirked and turned to walk away.
“Wait, please don’t go” he called.
“Why ?”
“I’ll tell you about her, please you need to know”
“Fine but stop crying and sniffing and don’t expect me to believe it” she agreed.
“ ok”
“ 1886 a cloudy night. Thunder, lightening. Olive Jacksburth crept into the school, it was a all boys school at the time but every Wednesday night her and her brother (who went to the school) crept in at the dead of night to explore all hidden areas. She was a bit lost and a little scared. She looked in every main area yet her brother still couldn’t be seen. Noise sounded from the dinner hall so she crept in feeling a little relieved but no one was there. A small puddle of water was on the floor, she found this strange so stared into it. A man creeped up behind her and slit her throat. Dead. She still haunts this school to this day.” He rambled quickly.
Louise was shook and chills ran down her spine.
“Don’t be silly boy, that’s so fake” she lied.
“Well I saw her and I’m scared, so scared.”
“I’ve got to go now see you”
Louise ran to her lesson, it was only a 10 person class. She was bored, very bored.
“Can I use the bathroom please miss ?”
The teacher sighed but agreed.
Strolling happily she walked to the toilets, a young girl was heading in the opposite direction to her. The girl had thick black hair and a pale face. Blood ran down her neck. Something glistened in her hand, grinning evilly she took a step forward. Louise screamed, the last scream she ever screamed…
