So After I had bathed the baby I went ahead to put her in the lounge room to put on the tv for her while I started to cook myself dinner as well as prepare her something for dinner as well My mom’s friend said she would be finished work at 5.30 when I looked at my phone it was 8.00pm at night it was winter so time went fast cause whether changing meant that when 5.00 hit it was dark out I went on with the night I ate dinner and fed little cute Lilly food ( I am staying anonymous so here is a made up name for my mom’s friend baby) it was around 9.00pm now and I was getting worried about my mom’s friend…then my phone rang It was my mom’s friend she told me that she got caught up with work and had to take another co-workers shift that her husband would be home soon I sighed in relief cause As it was getting dark I felt uncomfortable being in the house it only got really uncomfortable when I went passed the basement door and I remember from earlier that day Christy ( Made up name for my mom’s friend) she had told me not to go in the basement she didn’t tell me why but she seemed freaked out about leaving me by myself with Lilly it was now 10.00pm Lilly said that her husband would be home soon my phone rang it was Christy she told me in a panic don’t go in the basement no matter what I hear even if it sounds like Lilly crying she told me to get Lilly out of her cot and Run outside to the small convenience store just up the street and told me to wait there before I knew it I heard crying coming from the basement it sounded like Lilly but then crying came from her bedroom where her cot was I ran and grabbed her and ran out the door and out of the front gate and that was when I saw Christy’s husband hanging from a rope on the garage door I started to cry a while I ran with Lilly I got to the convince store Lilly was hungry so I went in and asked bought a baby bottle and milk I asked the man behind the counter to warm up the milk after I paid for it of course I waited outside for Christy next minute her car showed up she came over to me in tears I asked if she went back the house and saw her husband dead she nodded to me and hugged me and her baby Lilly I asked her what was going on in her house…..she wiped her tears away and told me of the people who use to own the house
this was going back way before I was born there use to be a woman who lived there she had only given birth to a beautiful baby girl who had the same name as Lilly but the women was very ill not ill as sick, dying ill she was very messed up in the head she believed in the devil so she worshiped the devil but she became very insane when she found out her husband was cheating on her so one night when her husband was sleeping she went down into the basement and sacrifice her baby as a present to the devil so when she died she would become a demon to possess people in to seeing things and make them as if they were going insane just like she did her husband woke up to the crying of his newborn child crying he went down to the basement and saw what his wife was going to do he stopped her by tazzing her with a tazor gun because he was a cop he went and handcuffed her but it was too late his baby girl bleed to death he broke down into tears and held her to his chest after He called for backup his wife was put into a secure mental ward where she soon had grabbed a blade and Slit her throat with she died after a week being there 4 months later her husband started going crazy having nightmares of his baby crying out to him and his wife stabbing her to death so he went up the roof with a rope and hung himself because he couldn’t take it anymore
After this incident, I never babysat another baby I had wondered that if Christy didn’t work that day that women would have posed her and She would have gone and sacrificed Lilly that night so it was lucky that we only lost Christy’s husband The reason I decided to write this was because today marks the anniversary of My mom’s friend husband’s death I’m 16 now Christy and her baby Lilly now longer live in that house the house was knocked down and as I go by it every day I walked to school it reminds me of how terrified I was that night…..
