This is my true Scary Story when I was living in Bishop’s Stortford in England.
I had a house in Bishop’s Stortford I’ve never been Burgled or house robbed before, and for most nights it’s been really windy i live in St Michaels mead it’s kind of a safe area but not to safe I see people now and again smoking drugs so I keep myself to myself one night it was really windy i could here the wind as I was watching TV, for the last couple of nights it’s been really windy and had been hearing noises while I was in bed but I had escpected nothing due to the wind I knew I had neighbours next door so realised its just the wind and could here it quite bad it was really cold as well one night, I was sitting on my own watching TV, it was really really windy where I put on the Radiator I must of been around 9.30 I remembered to lock all windows and all doors I remember to even bolt the doors which I do every night I had walked up the stairs and went into bed it was really windy mind, had I had been up stairs for about 30 minutes now trying to sleep but it was hard with the wind hassling, I was in bed and heard creaking on the front door I mean it’s not loud but I could still here I didn’t escpect anything from it at all due to the wind and plus it’s never happened before I had fallen asleep and women up the next morning when it was light I had gone into the kitchen around 11.00 to make a coffee and to get some breakfast I had gone outside the front door to look outside with my coffee in my hand, and had gone back into the house 2 minutes later I couldn’t believe my eyes there was slightly broken cracks on the holder next to the door you could not really see them and there was slight dents where someone had tried to force the door open I had strong locks on the door with a doorbell outside I wasn’t surprised to be honest that had happened and when I hadn’t expected anything it could of happened when I was out or asleep or even the Creeks last night during the wind I wouldn’t always double lock the door but during the wind the bolt would make a bit of noise I’m so glad I did to be honest now I lock my door every night with both locks even if it’s not windy I even called out ADT to place a burglar I even fixed the door and now think this will be the first and last time this will happen again.
